I'm very pleased with the product and the customer service! I ordered online on a Thursday for pickup Saturday. On Friday morning I called and asked if I could pick up later that day- the answer was yes. I picked up around 5:00 with no issues. A handy box was provided for carry out, but I also added my own container to protect the arrangement while driving. The arrangement was beautiful, and the recipient of the flowers was very pleased! :)
