I love love love these people. This is the second time they have provided flowers for my relatives. They are very generous with their beautiful arrangements, and very responsive in regards to requested delivery times. I so prefer using a local florist, and am I delighted I have discovered City of Flowers!

This was my first time ordering from City of Flowers, and it was great! Delivery went smoothly and the bouquet was gorgeous (just like the photos online). I would happily order from them again!
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
DELIVERY POLICY
We take great care to ensure every floral order is delivered safely, beautifully, and on time. Please review our delivery policies before placing your order.
Delivery Areas & Fees Delivery fees are based on the delivery location and distance from our shop. Additional fees may apply for locations outside our regular delivery area.
Delivery Times We will make every effort to deliver orders within the requested time frame. While we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, customers may request a preferred delivery window. Funeral and service deliveries will be prioritized according to the service time provided.
Recipient Availability Please provide the recipient’s correct name, address, phone number, and any special delivery instructions. If no one is available to receive the flowers, our driver may leave the arrangement in a safe location or contact the recipient for further instructions.
For deliveries to hospitals, businesses, funeral homes, schools, or other facilities, the arrangement may be left with the appropriate receiving department.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and a second delivery attempt is required, an additional delivery fee may apply.
Same-Day Orders Same-day delivery may be available depending on order volume and delivery area. Orders placed after our daily cutoff time may be delivered the following business day.
Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances Delivery times may be affected by severe weather, road closures, traffic, accidents, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to complete the delivery as soon as safely possible.
Special Instructions Customers may provide delivery instructions such as gate codes, apartment numbers, preferred drop-off locations, or contact information. We cannot guarantee that special instructions can be followed if they are inaccessible or unsafe.
Delivery Confirmation When possible, we will confirm delivery by phone, text, email, or other available means.
Damaged or Missing Deliveries If an arrangement arrives damaged or there is a problem with the delivery, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours, and provide photographs when applicable so we can determine the appropriate resolution.
Delivery Disclaimer Once an arrangement has been successfully delivered to the provided address or accepted by the recipient, the flower shop is not responsible for damage caused by weather, animals, theft, improper handling, or failure to properly care for the flowers.
