I cannot begin to express my sincere appreciation for the City of Flowers. They called me after I placed the order online and noticed that the note was intended for someone who had just undergone surgery. They wanted me to know that the vessel/vase was actually a small Weber BBQ. We hadn't realized that was the vase. We promptly corrected it to a more appropriate one. Thank you so much for going above and beyond in your service!

I'm very pleased with my experience. Ordering an arrangement from 2000 miles away is always a bit of a risk, but this worked out very well. I was even contacted by a lovely lady checking to see what kind of a vase I wanted. It was great to talk to a real person! The arrangement arrived on the day I requested and looked very similar to the advertisement.
