City of Flowers in Mountain View is amazing! Their customer service never disappoints. Ordering online is simple. Their selection is quite wide and varied. If additional information needs to be provided, they are always happy to take a phone call or email with necessary details. We have ordered from the multiple times for various occasions. The arrangements, wreaths, plants, etc. have always been beautifully constructed. Even when special details have been requested, they've been happy to oblige. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. DELIVERY POLICY
We take great care to ensure every floral order is delivered safely, beautifully, and on time. Please review our delivery policies before placing your order.
Delivery Areas & Fees Delivery fees are based on the delivery location and distance from our shop. Additional fees may apply for locations outside our regular delivery area.
Delivery Times We will make every effort to deliver orders within the requested time frame. While we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, customers may request a preferred delivery window. Funeral and service deliveries will be prioritized according to the service time provided.
Recipient Availability Please provide the recipient’s correct name, address, phone number, and any special delivery instructions. If no one is available to receive the flowers, our driver may leave the arrangement in a safe location or contact the recipient for further instructions.
For deliveries to hospitals, businesses, funeral homes, schools, or other facilities, the arrangement may be left with the appropriate receiving department.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and a second delivery attempt is required, an additional delivery fee may apply.
Same-Day Orders Same-day delivery may be available depending on order volume and delivery area. Orders placed after our daily cutoff time may be delivered the following business day.
Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances Delivery times may be affected by severe weather, road closures, traffic, accidents, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to complete the delivery as soon as safely possible.
Special Instructions Customers may provide delivery instructions such as gate codes, apartment numbers, preferred drop-off locations, or contact information. We cannot guarantee that special instructions can be followed if they are inaccessible or unsafe.
Delivery Confirmation When possible, we will confirm delivery by phone, text, email, or other available means.
Damaged or Missing Deliveries If an arrangement arrives damaged or there is a problem with the delivery, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours, and provide photographs when applicable so we can determine the appropriate resolution.
Delivery Disclaimer Once an arrangement has been successfully delivered to the provided address or accepted by the recipient, the flower shop is not responsible for damage caused by weather, animals, theft, improper handling, or failure to properly care for the flowers.
